Fresh Engineered, which started in Yeouido, Seoul, has now landed in Hongdae. We design "a meal of experience", which is not just a salad, but is complete with homemade main toppings and dressing. All the dressings and toppings are prepared in-store, with only 100 percent fructooligosaccharide instead of sugar to seek healthy sweetness and balanced nutrition.
